  GlobalBeerIndex is not responsible for loss of access due to email account issues,
  spam filtering, or expired email addresses.
• If a user no longer has access to their account email address, GlobalBeerIndex may,
  at its discretion, assist with account recovery after reasonable verification.

7. Subscriptions, Access Duration & Payment

• GlobalBeerIndex Explorer PRO is provided as an annual subscription service.

• The subscription is billed annually in advance and renews automatically each year unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the billing portal provided by our payment processor (Stripe). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time, unless required by applicable law.

• By completing a purchase, users expressly agree that access to the digital service begins immediately after payment. Once access has started, any statutory right of withdrawal for digital digital services may no longer apply, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

• Access may be suspended or terminated in case of failed payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy & Data
